Recruitment Advisor (national and international recruitment)

Responsibilities:

• Advise managers with respect to recruitment
• Analyze and assess manpower requirements
• Screen and assess applications received through interviews
• Advise hiring managers in preparing selection interviews
• Collect and check references for selected candidates
• Prepare and proceed with job offers to selected candidates
• Significantly contribute to the development and improvement of recruitment methods and tools

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in human resources management, industrial relations or any other discipline deemed equivalent
• 5 to 10 years of recruitment experience
• Professionalism, self-direction, excellent judgment and discernment
• Excellent communication skills
• Results-oriented
• Team spirit and integrity
• Command of English and French (spoken and written)
